The 2016 Caravan, Camping and Motorhome 2016 Show is over -  It really was a world of discovery here with a packed programme of special celebrity guests who shared their passion for the outside world, stories and inspirations and what an INCREDIBLE line up it was this year.  We would like to thank all of the celebrities for being part of our exciting show.

Join TV Celebrity Chef and restaurateur Aldo Zilli as he cooks up a full Sunday roast on the barbecue! He will also be sharing some of his favourite Italian dishes perfect to prepare when you are away from home – all of this on Sunday, of course!

Founder and chef-patron of Signor Zilli, Zilli Green, Zilli Café and Zilli Bar, Aldo is known for transforming the Soho Italian restaurant scene and has established himself as one of the country’s best known and loved celebrity chefs. In March 2012 Aldo decided to hang up the chef's whites and embark on other ventures including becoming executive consultant chef to San Carlo Group and appearing on an array of TV programs.

He said: “Cooking is all about having fun whether at home or on your travels. I am looking forward to sharing my tips at the show with the public.”

Before joining ITV, Charlotte worked at Sky News for seven years presenting on Sunrise with Eamonn Holmes. Charlotte anchored Sunrise live during the Olympics, presented live on location for the Diamond Jubilee and Royal Wedding, and was also live on location for Sky News’ General Election coverage.

On the arts front, Charlotte hosts cinema broadcasts of Andre Rieu concerts every year which are shown in hundreds of theatres across Europe, having also presented an in-depth documentary for Sky Arts Andre Rieu: Behind the Music.

Charlotte is a keen travel writer, having been published in The Mail on Sunday, The Daily Telegraph and The Independent newspapers.

Charlotte has interviewed many an entertainment star from David Beckham to Oprah Winfrey and now it’s our turn to interview her about her experiences and fond memories of caravanning and camping.

The fabulous Maria Leijerstam will be joining us on Wednesday! In exclusive interviews she will highlight the areas of Wales which sparked her love for being outside, as well as discussing her thriving career and incredible achievements. A must see if you ask us.

Born in Aberdare, Guinness World Record holder Maria is the first person to cycle to the South Pole – the only Polar World Record to be held by a woman. She also set the human powered speed record for her cycle from the coast of Antarctica to the South Pole in 10 days, 14 hours and 56 minutes.

She was the first Welsh woman to run the Marathon Des Sables across the Sahara desert and cycled unsupported across the frozen Lake Baikal in Siberia.

Wales has been a training hub for her international expeditions. ‘Adventure is all around us in Wales, for both young and old’ she says - so DONT miss out of this Golden lady. Come and here what she had to say!

Ed Baines is the chef and owner of Randall & Aubin restaurant, champagne and oyster bar in London’s Soho. The tall, dark and handsome restaurateur is regularly on TV including the likes The Alan Titchmarsh Show, What’s Cooking?, Country House Sunday and as a regular chef on Lorraine for ITV as well as his own shows: Lunch with Ed Baines and ITV’s Ed Baines Entertains.

When not working with food, Ed loves to travel and is passionate about cars, motorbikes and camping.

Since winning UK’s biggest talent show in 2012 with their breath taking dance numbers, there's been no stopping in Ashleigh Butler and her super dog Pudsey.

They've danced the conga with Kim Kardashian, flown in a private jet to Hollywood with Simon Cowell, released an autobi-dog-raphy, performed for the Queen twice, won numerous awards, appeared on dozens of TV shows across the world, released their own calendar, broken theatre ticket records, performed on award ceremonies, presented TV series, graced dozens of magazine covers, rubbed shoulders with Leonardo Di Caprio at the Cannes Film Festival and have become global film stars. Now they are joining us at the weekend in the Dog Agility Arena.

TV regular and star of Heston Blumenthal’s Great British Menu and the BBC2 Great British Food Revival, Glynn Purnell will be cooking up a storm.

Michelin starred local chef Glynn is well known in the Midlands for his contemporary British cooking style and as proprietor/Head Chef at Purnell’s on Cornwall Street in Birmingham. Glynn’s innovative cooking style has brought him critical acclaim and numerous awards over the years for his know-how in fine-dining, including a highly prestigious Michelin star, earnt back in 2009.

Known affectionately as the ‘Yummy Brummie’, Glynn will be sharing his culinary expertise in the Discovery Theatre on the Saturday (27 February) showing how to cook a great BBQ and make the most out of any camping and caravanning holiday! Throughout the day Glynn will be entertaining and educating you the public during his demonstrations.

Young British motor racing driver Oliver Webb and Freedom to Go Ambassador is thrilled to be able to attend the February Show to talk about the lifestyle benefits of short breaks in leisure vehicles and hopes to encourage people to take more of them.

Oli started racing at the age of 9, with karting, placing 1st in his first ever Club kart race and went on to gain a place on the Formula BMW Scholarship Programme and raced in various single seater championships across the globe. He is the 2014 European LeMans series champion and this year will race for Team SARD-Morand in the WEC LMP2 category 2 at some of the world’s most exciting circuits, against some of the biggest drivers and manufacturers in international motorsport.

David Domoney is a gardening television personality. He co-presents ITV’s prime time show Love your Garden with Alan Titchmarsh, is a gardening expert on ITV’s This Morning and has a weekly gardening page in the Sunday People and writes for House Beautiful Magazine. It doesn't stop there, as he also has his own seed and bulb range in John Lewis.

David has won 28 Royal Horticultural Society Medals for garden design at venues such as the Chelsea Flower Show and Hampton Court Palace.

Sean Conway - Sun 28th Feb

Endurance Swimmer

Sean Conway is a British endurance swimmer, author and professional photographer, who became the first person to swim the length of Great Britain, from Land's End to John o'Groats.

Starting on 30 June 2013, Conway set out to swim from Land's End in the south-west of Great Britain, to John o'Groats via the east coast of Ireland. He completed the swim on 11 November and was the first person to  ever do so, having swum 900 miles in 135 days. He grew a thick beard to help prevent jellyfish stinging his face.

He used the achievement to raise money for the charity War Child.
